Accessibility and facilities
Nodeulseom sits under Hangang Bridge and holds a cultural venue used for performances and exhibitions, rest areas including the Nodeul Seoga library and a lawn, plus a convenience store, cafés and restaurants.
The inline skating rink covers 14,602 m² with a 400 m road track and a 200 m banked track, and around it are gateball and woodball courts, an X-game area, a multi-purpose pitch and a youth plaza. The football school runs on monthly membership.
The cycle path is 10.2 km long and the hire point is beside the Geobukseon landing. The nature-study garden, next to the lawn downstream of Dongjak Bridge on the north side, is planted with 51 species of tree and 106 perennials. Reeds, silver grass and cosmos come out along the embankment through the year, which the operator gives as the reason this stretch is so used for walking and running. There is also a river-crossing course used by groups for teamwork training.
The operator lists the park's amenities as two shops, four car parks, five playgrounds, 15 toilets and drinking fountains.

Hangang Bridge
A 1,005-metre bridge between Hangang-ro 3-ga in Yongsan-gu and Bon-dong in Dongjak-gu. It opened in 1917 as the Hangang Pedestrian Bridge, the first crossing of the river anyone could walk over; it was blown up during the Korean War in 1950 and not fully restored until 1958. Nodeulseom sits under its midpoint.
National Museum of Korea
Two closure rules, not one, and they are not the same thing: the museum itself shuts on only three days a year, while the permanent galleries take a quarterly Monday off with the garden still open. Wednesday and Saturday run to 21:00 — the only evenings you can see this place without daylight pressure.
