What to see
Citizens’ Bell
The Citizens’ Bell stands beneath a pavilion and was funded by donations from Busan residents. A bell-ringing ceremony is held here each New Year’s Eve.
Flower Clock
The Flower Clock is among the first sights on entering the park, alongside the Citizens’ Bell.
Views from Busan Tower
Busan Tower looks out over Busan Port, Busan Port Bridge, Yeongdo Bridge and Bongnaesan Mountain on Yeongdo; in clear weather, Haeundae Marine City is visible in the distance. Built before N Seoul Tower, it took on its present appearance after a major renovation.
Fireworks mapping and AR
A fireworks mapping show takes place at the tower against Busan’s night skyline. The ‘Submarine in the Sky’ experience lets visitors photograph their own AR character.

Do I have to go up the tower?
No, and for many visitors the park is enough — it is the high point above Nampo-dong and costs nothing. The tower adds an enclosed view from 120 metres.
Can I combine it with Bupyeong night market?
Yes, but in that order — the tower's last admission is 21:30 and the night market runs to midnight, so the tower has to come first.
