History
Busan's film district began as a pair of cinemas built after Korea's liberation. It was extensively renovated ahead of the first Busan International Film Festival and named BIFF Square on 13 September 1996.
The street runs 428 metres, from the Buyeong Theater in Nampo-dong to the overpass in Chungmu-dong, and is divided into Star Street and Festival Street.
