A twenty-minute walk from the Nami Island wharf and the second stop on the county shuttle, so it is the cheapest thing to add to a Nami day. Its garden, Ihwawon, charges separately, and the flower-festival admission only applies while a festival is on.

- What the county publishes are per-facility charges: 7,000 won for the flower festival ground, and only while a festival is running; bicycles at 3,000 to 10,000 won per 30 minutes; the swimming pool at 4,000 to 6,000 won. Gapyeong residents and children of five and under enter the festival ground free. Discounts run 30% for Gapyeong residents, twinned-city residents, disabled visitors, national merit holders, benefit recipients, larger families and soldiers stationed in the county, and 50% for over-70 Gapyeong residents — but only one facility a day may be discounted. Pets are barred from the campground and its buildings and will be asked to leave if found, with guide dogs excepted.
